Running everyday for a month results are finally in! The question is, did I see the progress I was looking for? I know I’m not perfect, working hard towards losing some stubborn weight I’ve been holding on to. My challenge of running everyday for a month is over and the results are in.
Progress not perfection; as a mom of 6 I am constantly improving my lifestyle and want to share with you everything I’ve learned along the way that ACTUALLY works. 6 1/2 years ago, I birthed my 4th child and was the heaviest I’ve ever been at 200 pounds.
After seeing a home video of myself, I knew I needed to do something but only knew I needed to workout and eat right. Exactly what that consisted of was me trying; some things worked and some didn’t. On this channel, I share my journey of progress, give tips on what I’ve learned that works, and fitness gear reviews.
I love fitness and incorporating a healthy lifestyle into my busy life and want to encourage you to do the same. We’ll hold each other accountable and continue with our journey together!
