When you do that you get a full body detoxification process going on because you’re empowering the body to do what it knows how to do naturally and you’re not plugging up the system with an unnecessary amount of what I would consider a toxic or a burden.
Most people are eating foods that evolutionarily the body does not recognize as food and with that the detoxification pathways in the body become clogged up and eating in this way is not how to get a full body detox.
